Back to case studies First aid / B2B NetSuite Wholesale portal

Fast Aid

Replacing a compliance maze with a two-minute quiz.

First aid isn't a browsing category. What a customer needs depends on their industry, their state's workplace requirements, whether it's for a site office, a vehicle or a home - and getting it wrong isn't a style problem, it's a compliance one.

Journey2-min quiz

Plain-language questions, kit assembled.

ERPNetSuite

Wholesale pricing for stockists.

ChannelB2B portal

Hundreds of retail partners.

ContentResources hub

Compliance knowledge as content.

The problem

The catalogue had the answer. The site made customers find it.

Fast Aid's catalogue had the right answer for every situation; the old site made customers find it themselves.

What we built

A quiz and aggregator that runs the complexity under the surface.

We rebuilt the store around a custom quiz and product aggregator: a short set of plain-language questions that maps each customer's situation against the catalogue's compliance logic and assembles the right kit - workplace, vehicle or home - without them ever reading a regulation. The complexity is still there; it just runs under the surface.

Around it: a complete redesign, a stockist portal and backend serving hundreds of retail partners with NetSuite-integrated wholesale pricing, and a learning and resources hub that turns compliance knowledge into content.

The result

A store that sells the way a good rep would.

The result is a store that sells the way a good rep would - ask a few questions, recommend with confidence, back it up.

“Thanks Wil, it's looking great!”

- Lisa Brady, Marketing Manager, Fast Aid
